Rooi Rincon offers short hikes. This area close to
the airport was recently opened to the public and
trails were created. You start your hike in a small
forest where you will find a little natural well. Up
you go to find rockformations that are working on
becoming caves.
You go on all the way up, untill you reach the path
that is the end of the trail. From there you can see
the airport and a large part of the North Coast.
Watch your step (going up) and also your hands when
going down. The rocks are very sharp.
All the trails on the island have their own beauty.
Rooi Rincon has pretty views, cacti and large trees.
The rocks are colorful and the trail up along a
'wall' of rocks is a different experience. |
